is this miscarriage?

Hello this is my 1st pregnancy and now am pregnant 4w5d. I went to for my shower just now n when urine suddenly this come out,I didn't feel any pain. Am have bleeding yesterday but today it's only few. Am I having miscarriage? Can anyone help me?

hello i just do my upt test this morning and it's turn out positive. But around 3pm am having a little bit bleeding.

Is it normal?
