Hello po! Hope you are okay. Mommy, call those phone numbers/hotline na binigay po nila after the vaccination. Nakasulat yun sa papel na andun din list ng possible side effects. You should call po those numbers if nakakaranas ka po ng mga adverse effects. For you to be advised and assisted right away. Don't be scared po.

Low blood breastfeeding

Hello! need help po. ask ko lang if safe po uminom ng ferrous 2 times a day sa breastfeeding po like me? feel ko po kasi low blood ako and hndi ako nakakatulog ng maayos sa gabi 😭 nahihilo at hndi ako makahinga din pag gabi na. May anxiety din po ako please help mga moms. 😭

1x a day lang take sa gabi

Hello! Ask ko lang po ano magandang itake na multivitamins na may iron para po sa nagbbreastfeed? breastfeeding po kasi ako and hindi ko po alam ano bblihin. low blood din po ako

try megamalunggay kasi mayaman sa iron ang malunggay
