Hi mommy! Okay, so a few of us have tried different brands, and honestly depende sa budget at kung ano ang gumagana sa katawan mo. Maraming moms swear by Watsons Vitamin B-Complex kasi super affordable, nakakuha kami ng tablets for just a few pesos each, tapos quality pa rin. Pharex B-Complex din ay solid choice, at recently may pink-colored tablet sila na parang mas refreshing tingnan haha. If you're willing to spend a bit more, Nature's Bounty Super B-Complex is really good din, lalo na kung gusto mo ng mas complete formula para sa energy at overall health. The thing is, mommy, pag nursing or postpartum, really depends kung paano lumalabas ang energy mo at ano ang recommend ng OB/doctor mo. Some moms felt the difference agad, a few had to try two or three brands before finding the one na fit. Worth checking with your doctor din kung aling brand at dosage ang best for your situation!

Ay nako, ganyan talaga! A few of us took whatever B-complex was available sa Mercury or Watsons lang kasi walang specific brand ang OB, honestly, as long it's from a trusted pharmacy, okay na yan. The thing is, maraming brands out there with different dosages ng each B vitamin, so some moms swear na mas malakas ang effect ng iba, pero depende talaga sa brand at gaano kadami ng each component. Siguro kung parang walang feeling ka sa current one after a month or so, pwede mong i-ask ang OB kung may mas preferred sila, or check kung may mas mataas ng B12 at B6 content yung alternatives, yun ang usually pinag-uusapan. Para safe ka, I'd say double-check with your OB din po kung okay lang ang specific brand na nabili mo or kung may gustong i-adjust for your pregnancy needs. Good luck, mommy!
