What is the benefits of organic food?

More important to eat more fruits and vegetables vs wondering if there is benefit to organic or not. The main benefit of organic food is that it has less pesticide for your kids. Research has shown that pesticide residues were found in 7 percent of organic foods and 38 percent of conventional foods. An increasing amount of studies suggest that even minuscule amounts of pesticides can wreak havoc on the developing body — resulting in hormone problems, learning disabilities, and possibly autism. The damage might even be felt across future generations. So if you can, feed your baby organic, but rest of family can eat normal food :)

My 2 months old baby always crying during evening time? Is that because of colic?

Sounds like colic to me, which is uncontrollable, non stop crying in an otherwise healthy baby. The crying often happens in the late afternoon and evening, and increases over the weeks until it reaches a peak. However, rest assured that babies grow out this colic crying phase between 3 months to 4 months. Studies have shown that colic could likely be due to a part of your baby's normal development. Baby's brain is busy processing all the information he or she sees and hears, hence it is inevitable that baby gets a bit irritable after a long day of learning new things.
