Mga miii nag wowork out ba kayo ngayong 3rd trimester? Or walking lang? Anong oras kayo nagigising every morning 😁

Ay hirap talaga ng 3rd trimester! Honestly, most of my mum friends at this stage ay nag-switch na lang to walking or light stretching kasi ang bigat na talaga ng belly, hehe. A few of us tried to keep up with pre-pregnancy routines pero nakakapagod lang at ang sakit ng back, kaya we all ended up doing malutong walks instead, very doable at safe pa. As for mornings, karamihan sa amin ay tumatanggal ng 5-6am dahil ang hirap matulog ng mahabang oras sa stage na to, so we just embrace the early wake-ups! Best to ask your OB kung ano specifically okay for you at your baby, pero walking at stretching are generally winner moves para sa most pregnant moms.

Nageexpand na po kasi iyong ating uterus and skin maam, basta po nawawala iyong sakit, normal naman po iyan.

Mga mommies lagi din po bang sumasakit ang tyan nyo at pakiramdam nyo din bloated kayo palagi?

Oo naman, normal lang yan sa first trimester! Ang hormones mo talaga sobrang busy bumabago, kaya ang bloating at tummy aches ay kasama ng package, lagi akong pakiramdam ko na may air balloon sa tiyan ko non, haha. The good news is it usually gets better by second trimester, but if the pain is really sharp or di ka makahinga, better check with your OB para peace of mind mo lang, specially since first time mo pa.
