Haemorrhoids, currently in 3rd trimester

Hi Ladies, I am 28 weeks pregnant currently and in last 1 week I have pain during poo. This is my 2nd baby and I had anal fissures before 4 years (before my 1st child). I had no issues so far, but now I notice piles and have pain, somtimes blood due to pressure when I poo. Can someone suggest safe remedies, as for me it naturally disappeared last time.

Hi dear ladies, I wish to know if anyone had VBAC experience. How far does doctors here in Singapore encourage it? Please note that I am in my 19th week, carrying 2nd one. Planning for delivery at NUH. Any details based on experience will be really helpful. Thank you !

I had my vbac last august! Was with Dr Paul Tseng at tmc. He is amazing! I had a long labour, but not once did he bring up csect. He is also the only gynae who I know allows mummies to go overdue up to 42 weeks.

Mild headache during 2nd trimester

Lately I have headache almost everyday when I wake up, not very bad, bearable. I dont feel it much when I work or do an activity. But when I try to sit and relax or lie down I feel the pain is still on. I mentioned this to my gynae and he asked me to take a Panadol if it worsens. Is it normal? Any suggestions on bringing it down? Thanks.

it's nromal. I had headache almost everyday throughout my 2nd and 3rd trimester. days where I can't bear the pain I'll just take normal panadol
