Hello mamshies! First time mom here may nakaranas po ba kayo ng ganito during my ultra sound ng ob ko ito po yung sabi niya. Im on 20 weeks pregnant! Anu pong ginawa niyo? Thank you #pleasehelp

Sis, I know it's scary to hear something unfamiliar during ultrasound, pero please follow up with your OB right away, she's the one na nakakita ng actual scan mo, kaya siya ang dapat mag-explain ng findings at next steps. Don't panic muna; maraming reasons bakit ganyan, at kailangan mo ng proper medical guidance, hindi lang hula-hula from us moms. A few of us dine-deal din with concerns during pregnancy scans, and honestly, ang best peace of mind is direct talk with your doctor, she'll tell you kung kailangan ng another ultrasound or specialist, or kung ito ay normal lang. Fingers crossed for you, and just make sure to ask her all your questions, ha? You're 20 weeks, kaya marami pang monitoring ahead. Praying for your little one!

Sis, please listen to your OB closely on this one, polyhydramnios (maraming amniotic fluid) needs proper monitoring, so make sure you're going back for your follow-up checkups on time, ha? A few of my mum friends had similar concerns during pregnancy, and the key talaga is regular ultrasounds and doing what your doctor says, whether it's monitoring closely or adjusting your water intake. Don't stress too much, marami pang cases na naging okay lang, pero this is really between you and your OB, so trust their guidance. Rooting for you, mama!
