Now I'm at 28 weeks pregnancy, is it safe to do a lots of exercise?

You can do exercise but minimal, safe for pregnant mummy. You can try to look at youtube, google, TAP and enquire from doctor/gynae for further advise.

I just pregnant for 15weeks. Is it ok to take air plane for 3hours ? I really worry.

Can pregnant take airplane?

Yes you can as long as you are certified safe and healthy. If you need assurance and letter from doctor/gynae, you may let them know and upon booking you may indicate to inform the airline. I did fly for 8 hours flight at 12 weeks and was okay with the flight journey. I didn't do any clearance neither letter request from doctor.

Why I keep vomiting nonstop during my pregnancy 😭 I can't even eat any single food.. very tiring 😭

It is normal to have vomiting during your pregnancy period. If this prolong, you can ask doctor/gynae for nausea medication. If you cant eat anything, then have materna milk and prenatal vitamins given by your doctor/gynae
