Ah sis, I totally understand your worry, pag twins pa yan, lalo ang anxiety natin! But honestly, this is something na kailangan mo talaga pang-usapan ng mabuti with your OB, especially kung may specifics about your pregnancy na kailangan monitoring. They'll explain everything clearly to you, okay? A few of us moms in my circle had twin pregnancies din, and ang dami ng variables, each case is really different. What I learned is na ang communication with your doctor is key, at regular check-ups talaga ang makakatulong sa peace of mind mo. Don't hesitate to ask all your questions sa next appointment, that's what they're there for, and walang tanong na masyadong small or silly. You've got this, mama. Take care of yourself!
