groin and back pain

Hi mommies, any of you ecperience pain from groin to back? So brang sakit nia to the point na hindi i need help getting up, even just change position? Im 34 wks pregnant and just had my check up yesterday. All lab results returned normal nmn.

Same here po, 37weeks preggy na po ako. Try niyo po pag nakahiga magside sa left lagyan ng unan ang likod pag nakatagilid na tapos lagyan din ng unan ang pagitan ng hita. Ganyan po kasi ako to reduce pain the more na malaking unan nilalagay ko sa pagitan ng legs ko mas komportable ako.
