Fibrosine
Hi Momshies, anyone who was advised to drink Fibrosine to somehow manage severe constipation? My OB recommended me to drink it once a day for 3 days. When I bought it today, I noticed that there is a note that it is not intended for pregnant women. I trust my OB, but just want to know if there are any side effects for me and esp for my baby if I start taking it?

Gestational Diabetes Monitoring
Hi Guys, need your advice. I was diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes at 26th weeks. OB referred me to Endo and she then referred me to a Dietician. Medjo di clear yung instructions sa pagmonitor ng sugar level ko every regular meal (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) Can you pls help me figure out how will I better monitor it? Facts, I worked at night. Shift is from 10pm - 7am. I arrived home around 8am. Usually take my breakfast at 9am. I sleep and wake up at 2pm for lunch and sleep again then wake up at 8pm. Was asked to take 4 sugar tests everyday, and provided meal plans (6x a day, 3 big meals- bfast, lunch and dinner and the other 3 are for snacks) Should I test my sugar in this manner, 30 mins before 8am which is bfast, after an hour then 1 hour at lunch 2pm and then an hour after dinner 8pm? Or Take sugar at 8am after bfast since I'm from my shift and expected to eat during those time. Take again at 2pm, 1 hr after meal then 30mins before 9pm meal and take again after an hour?
