39 weeks na po ako no sign of labour padin 🥺 Walking walking at eating pineapple juice na try kona po. Anyone po na napadali open ng cervix nila pa help naman po. Gusto kona makaraos 😢

Uy, ramdam ko yan mama! A few of my mum friends din nag-try ng lahat ng yan at ang sabi nila, sometimes baby lang talaga ang may timeline, pero definitely okay lang mag-consult sa OB mo to check kung ready na cervix mo or kung may options pa like membrane sweep, marami kaming kaibigan na na-induce at okay lang lahat. In the meantime, keep moving (walking really helps!), stay hydrated, at relax lang as much as you can kasi stress din nakaaffect. You're so close na, mama, aabutin mo yan soon!

May mga stretch marks na po ba kayo mga 6 mos mommies?

Ay oo, madami akong stretch marks especially sa belly at thighs ko around that time! A few of us mums tried Mama's Choice Stretchmark Cream & Serum, they're made to be safe kahit breastfeeding, and honestly nakita namin talaga the improvement within weeks ng consistent use, so sulit na sulit. The key is magpigil ng scratching kahit nakakalusog sometimes, at drink lots of water din para sa skin elasticity. Anyway, normal lang yan at part ng journey, pero if gusto mo i-minimize pa mas lalo, yan lang talaga ang best combo na natutunan namin sa group!

Hey mommy! Honestly, collagen juice is tricky during pregnancy kasi hindi lahat ng brands are regulated the same way, at some may additives na hindi certain if safe for baby pa. Better to check with your OB muna before trying it, a few of us moms learned the hard way na it's always better to ask first than worry later, especially when you're already 6 months along! Your doctor can recommend pregnancy-safe alternatives or give you the go-ahead if it's okay. Take care po!

Hey mama! Congrats sa 6 months! Honestly, it's best to check with your OB first about collagen juice kasi every pregnancy is different and your doctor knows your health best, alam mo yan, safe is always better, especially first time around. A few of us tried various supplements during pregnancy and lagi naming tinatanong muna ang doctor bago, so definitely ask yours na lang para peace of mind mo.
