MENSTRUATION TWICE A MONTH

Hi, is it normal na twice ang mens ko monthly? I gave birth September 2022, I'm currently taking Daphne/Excluton pills. Regular menstruation ko is 1st week ng month but since I gave birth 1st and 3rd week nag bbleed ako 😔

Ah mama, yung postpartum period ay talaga namang magugulo for a while, a few of us mums experienced irregular bleeding din after giving birth, so you're not alone! Since you're on Daphne/Excluton, it's possible ang pills ay hindi pa perfectly aligned sa hormones mo or your body's still settling, pero honestly, bleeding twice a month like that is something you should mention sa OB mo next checkup kasi they might need to switch your pill or check kung may ibang nangyayari. Hang in there, it usually gets better!

Hi mama! Four months post-CS is usually safe na para mag-exercise, but honestly I'd check with your OB first kasi every recovery is different, some of my mum friends got the all-clear by 6-8 weeks, pero iba-iba talaga depending sa healing and kung may complications. Start light lang like walking or pelvic floor exercises kung approved na, then slowly level up, kasi the scar tissue still needs TLC. One of my friends started yoga at 5 months post-CS at napakaganda ng progress niya, but she made sure talaga na cleared na siya ng doctor before jumping back in. You've got this mama, just be patient with your body!
