Hi I’m 12 weeks na and haven’t gotten a check up. Can anyone recommend a clinic/hospital I can get a check up with an OB and get an ultrasound around the Santa Rosa Laguna area? Any recommendations please?

On my 11th week and in an abusive household

I’m 23, 11weeks pregnant and I’ve been stuck in quarantine with my physically, mentally and emotionally abusive dad and the rest of my family (not with my baby daddy). I’m getting more emotional and sensitive to his abuse now more than ever. Medyo got used to his abuse cause he’s been like this since I was young pero now na I’m pregnant and I can’t take it anymore. How will I get out of it now?? I wanna leave to at least be safe with my baby daddy in Parañaque but I’m stuck in Santa Rosa Laguna. Any advice or recommendations for me to get out or at least through this?
