Normal ke pedih perut time 36week 3 hri

Saya skrng tgh pdih2 perut..dan rasa mcm sembelit..tpy dah mmbuang..maaf kalau kurangbsopan...najis x keras pon..lembut..tpy still rasa sakit dan pedih..normal ke??

Sayang, at 19 weeks stomach pain boleh jadi banyak reasons, ligament stretching, baby position, constipation, atau yang lain, tapi since this is your first pregnancy dan it's persistent, please call your doctor or go to clinic today to check, okay? Jangan risau, most of the time it's normal, tapi better safe to confirm everything is good dengan baby and you. A few of my mum friends also panicked with similar twinges early on, but once the doc checked and gave the all-clear, they felt so much better! Keep me posted, okay?
