Sore and numbing back

Hi mummies! I’m 8 weeks into pregnancy and I’m experiencing lower back pain (numbing kind) especially near my tail bone area. Anyone is experiencing that too? Any remedy to solve this? #advicepls #1stimemom #SendHelp

unfortunately no because it’s the weight of your growing uterus pressing on the nerve which causes the pain. it’ll ease up eventually

Hi Mamas! I’m 6 weeks into pregnancy. Any food that I have to avoid during this period? I understand from my gynae that no alcohol and raw food. Any other food I’ll have to take note of? :)
