Puppp rash postpartum

Hello mga momshie anu pong ginamot nyo sa puppp rash nyo Lumabas tong sakin during 3rd trimester ko and ngayon nanganak ako lalo syng dumami ..😔 ##pleasehelp

Ay momshie, PUPPP talaga ang laki ng problema, lalo na pagkatapos ng delivery! A few of us from my mom group dealt with this and honestly, the best thing we did was see our OB or dermatologist agad kasi it can get really uncomfortable, especially habang nag-aajust pa lang tayo postpartum, they can prescribe something safe especially if breastfeeding ka na. In the meantime, some moms swear by keeping the area cool and dry, wearing loose cotton clothing, at avoiding heavy creams, pero definitely get it checked po para sure sa treatment options na safe for you and baby. Hugs momshie, alam namin how frustrating yan!

Mommy, that's a great question kasi vitamin D is really important during pregnancy! Best talaga na i-check mo ito directly with your OB para makita kung safe ang specific brand mo at the right dosage for you, kasi every pregnancy is different at may mga considerations talaga. A few of us moms do take vitamin D supplements during pregnancy, but it really has to be okay'd by your doctor muna, better safe than sorry, diba?

Hi mga momshie .. Ask ko lang delay ang mens ko 10 days na Negative sa pt .... May white discharge ako.. Since 2017 nag papainject ako contaceptive 3months 3months then nitong 2020 nag start na ako ng 1 month inject hanggang nov. 2020 .. Regular ang mens ko kht 3 months monthly ako nireregla .. Last mens ko is Dec. 2 2020 pa :) Mejo bloated pakiramdam ko na parang may babagsak mnsan sa pwerta ko .. #pregnancy #advicepls
