NANINIGAS na tiyan........

7 months. It's been 2 days na laging naninigas yung tiyan ko, almost every 10 minutes... very uncomfortable, hirap mka hanap nang pwesto sa pag higa, mahirap huminga 😥 Ganito ba talaga? Is it normal sa ganitong stage? #advicepls #1stimemom #pregnancy #firstbaby

Tanong ko lang mommies, if normal ba sha, like u feel something na mabigat at masakit sa pwetan nyo? Lalo na kng naninigas yung tyan? That was my 1st feeling that kind of pain. Sumasakit yung pwet ko lalo na pag naninigas ang tyan... masakit @ the same time yung tyan ko.. norms lng ba sha? lalo nat lumalaki na ang tyan.. yun kc sabi nila.. but these past few days, halos araw2 na sha naninigas at sumaskt #1stimemom #advicepls
