Gagging when pregnant

Hi I’m in week 11 of pregnancy and I gag a lot even when there isn’t any weird smells around me. Any tips to stop gagging ?#advicepls #pregnancy

At that wk11, I gag cos of my saliva. It tastes weird and bitter..so i start to spit it out each time. Then I gag due to bouts of nausea..
