FAT

I m now 16 weeks pregnant. Height 150cm with 55kg weight. This is too fat. I have been controlling myself eat lil bit, not to eat too much but still fat ?. Any better way to lose weight ?

Hi mamas... I have bleeding last midnite but it stops alr for now. Is this normal ?? Wanted to have a checkup at my gynae but it is close for raya holiday. Many of others gynae are close as well ?.

Gynae checkup

I suppose to have checkup this Saturday which is one month from my previous checkup. However due to my work schedule i need to postpone it till 15 June, which is 6 weeks from my last checkup. Is that OK ?
