Normal lang po ba na nahihilo? Tuwing naalis kasi kami lagi akong nahihilo saka nagbblurred yung paningin ko. 22weeks and 5days nako ngayon. Takot ako lumabas kasi iniiwasan ko nga yung mahilo at manghina sa labas.

Uyy, common yan sa maraming pregnant moms, pero since you're experiencing blurred vision kasama ang dizziness, importante talaga na i-report mo ito sa OB mo next visit, hindi lang yung nahihilo, pati na yung vision changes kasi pwedeng may connection yan sa blood pressure or blood sugar levels. A few of us felt lightheaded rin during pregnancy, pero pag may vision involvement na, mas better safe than sorry talaga, lalo na at 22 weeks ka na. In the meantime, make sure you're drinking lots of water, eating regularly, at hindi ka nag-skip ng meals kasi yan talaga nagpapahilo. Let your doctor check you out agad-agad, okay? Take care!

Oo naman, pwede! Ako mismo nag-manicure at pedicure pa rin habang buntis, at marami sa mga momshies ko rin ginawa yan the whole pregnancy. The key lang ay ensure na well-ventilated ang salon, kasi ang fumes from nail polish can be a bit strong, at go for non-toxic or pregnancy-safe polish if possible, pero honestly, most salons dito sa Pilipinas use regular polish na okay lang in moderation. Mas importante na comfy ka during the service kasi mahaba ang oras, so tell the staff na buntis ka para ma-adjust nila ang position mo, especially pag malapit na due date mo at uncomfortable na mag-lie back. If you have any specific concerns like if you're high-risk or something, quick check with your OB lang to be sure, pero generally okay lang yan talaga!
