Uy, good on you for switching to red rice na! Honestly, a lot of mum friends ko swear by brown rice din, and pairing any rice with protein and veggies talaga ang game-changer, like grilled fish or chicken with leafy greens, kasi ang fiber and protein nag-slow down ng sugar spike. I've also noticed na pag nag-snack kami, nuts, hard-boiled eggs, or plain yogurt work so much better than crackers, at lagi kaming nag-aavoid ng sugary drinks even ang juice, water lang or unsweetened tea. But honestly, since GMD can be tricky, best talaga na mag-consult ka with your OB or endocrinologist para makakuha ka ng personalized meal plan na talagang swak sa condition mo, kasi bawat mama different pa rin ang response sa foods. Take care of yourself, mama!

Mommies, help. First time ko po mabuntis, can you recommend milk best for preggy? BTW, 8 weeks and 4 days preggy na po ako. I'm asking since wala namang specific brand na binigay si Doc, he just said milk. Thank you so much. #Needadvice
