Kailan po ba dapat mag umpisa mag lakad lakad?

Hello po, 29 weeks pa lamg po.. Kailan po ba pinaka the best mag walking during pregnancy?

Ay, 29 weeks ka na! Perfect time to start talaga, sis. A few of my mum friends started walking around your weeks, and honestly sabi nila mas okay kung mag-start ka na ng routine ngayon kaya mas ready ang katawan by delivery time, even 20-30 minutes of slow walking a day is really good na. Depende din naman sa pregnancy mo, kung walang complications or risk factors, walking is super safe and encouraged talaga. Ang tip na rinig ko from my mum group, start slow lang with a leisurely pace, then build up to brisk walks kung kaya mo, walang pressure. Of course, best check with your OB-GYN din para sure siya sa condition mo specifically.

Ay, ganyan talaga when teething starts, mama! Usually it takes a few days to a couple of weeks before the tooth actually breaks through the gum, kaya patience na lang muna with the drooling and chewing haha, mas importante ngayon yung pakacomfort niya, like cold (not frozen!) teething rings or wet washcloth to chew on, and you're already doing amazing by observing closely. You're such a great first-time mom for being on top of this, and soon enough makikita mo na talaga that little tooth poking through!
