stopped taking folic acid vitamins

Hi there, im 3mos pregnant and im still having all day sickness. Nausea and excessive vomiting the whole day. Even water i cant take :( bec of this i stopped taking my folic acid vitamins. Is that okay?

All day sickness

Im having trouble taking in food. Anything i eat or drink, sinusuka ko lang after. Im on my 11th week of pregnancy. Ano po dapat gawin? Pati po ung folic acid na nirecommend ni doc sinusuka ko na rin :(
