Salam mommy.saya confused sikit and agak kecewa .last period 22/8 .sepatutnya jgka period samada 22/9 atau 23/9s cmtu tp smpai skrg sya belum period lagi.tanda2 pregnant tu hanya rasa slight cramp je kt bawah perut.bila saya check kat apps kandungan saya 5w5days. Ptg tadi check Upt -ve..saya rsa kcewa dan sedih masatu..ada mommy2 kt sni pernah jadi mcm saya tak?atau perlu ke saya repeat lagi upt atau ke klinik saja.??#firstbaby #pleasehelp #bantusharing #firstmom

Aduh sayang, I can feel how worried you are lah, nine days delay memang boleh buat kita overthink! A few of my mum friends have been through this exact thing, and honestly delayed periods boleh happen for so many reasons (stress, hormonal changes, irregular cycles) even without pregnancy. Since your UPT came out negative tapi you're still feeling those cramps and delay, best is to go see your doctor or clinic, they can do a blood test which is more accurate than UPT, especially if it's still early, and they'll help you figure out what's really happening instead of you worrying sendiri. Don't be too hard on yourself ya, first baby anticipation makes everything feel like a sign!
