Hi po mga mi..normal lang poba na may amoy ang ihi pag natetake ng mga vitamins??I'm 7 months preggy po..

Oo mama, totally normal yan! Yung prenatal vitamins especially ang iron content nila talaga may strong smell sa urine, a few of us pregnant moms noticed the same thing kaya don't worry. Basta you're taking it consistently para sa baby, that's what matters, pero if the smell becomes super foul or may other symptoms like pain sa pagpipis, better check with your OB just to be safe ha.

Hello po ano po kaya Magandang pang alis ng itim ng singit???

Hi sis! Alam ko yan, common concern talaga ng marami sa atin. A few of us tried the aloe vera route, super affordable at gentle, parang twice a week lang ang ginagamit namin, or you can do it more often kung kaya ng skin mo. Some of my mum friends swear by olive oil and lemon mix din, pero kailangan careful lang with the lemon kasi sensitibong area yan, at dapat protective with sun exposure. Maraming tao rin nag-try ng turmeric paste or papaya masks for lightening, and honestly, consistency lang talaga ang susi, results take time, so don't get discouraged agad. Just see how your skin reacts, and if nothing improves after a few weeks, maybe check with a dermatologist na para sure, okay? You're not alone in this!
