Hello mommies! I am currently employed as a BPO employee and I'm planning to take my maternity leave na since I'm already 35 wks preggy. And I was on leave for 14 days starting from Oct. 18, 2021 babalik na sana ako ng work yesterday Nov. 1, pero hindi na po ako bumalik kasi ung pinagtatrabahuan ko is 3hrs drive away from my hometown and nahihirapan na po akong magtravel. Ngayon humingi ako ng certification from my OB para makapag file na ng maternity leave pero hindi daw po tatanggapin ng office unless stated sa medical certificate na ni rerequest ng OB ko and need dw ng mga supporting docs. Second question, until now hindi pa din pino process ng employer ko ung maternity notif ko sa SSS. Pa help naman po first time ko kasi mag file ng maternity. #advicepls #pleasehelp #maternityleave.
