Ay, ganyan talaga ang 8 months preggy mama, ang baby ay active na talaga at parang nag-jjumping jack inside haha! Karamihan sa amin, napakalikas ng movements during this time, lalo na pag gabi when you're lying down at mas naka-feel mo, kaya alam mo yung every kick and wiggle niya. Normal lang yan mostly, pero since na-aaffect ka na sa tulog mo at concerned ka, better check with your OB para ma-confirm lahat okay lang sa baby at wala namang complications, para makatulog ka na nang maayos din hehe! A few of my mum friends din nag-report ng same thing, pero sabi ng doctor nila, okay naman basta consistent pa rin ang movements at hindi sudden changes.

Oo naman, pwede! Most lotions are safe during pregnancy, pero importante talaga na i-check mo ang ingredients, avoid anything with retinoids, salicylic acid in high doses, or essential oils na malakas. A few of us pregnant mamas swear by simple, fragrance-free lotions like cetaphil or eucerin, or you can use coconut oil din which is super gentle and affordable. If you're worried about stretch marks though (which a lot of us get), Mama's Choice has a stretchmark cream and serum na safe during pregnancy and really work, dami naming kaibigan na ginamit yan. But honestly, best talaga na magpacheck ka sa OB mo about any specific lotion you want to use, para sure sure lang!
