September is World Rabies Month!
My daughter Athea really loves animals. And she have a pet. A dog, a bird and a fish. Yong halos araw-araw nyang chinicheck mga alaga nya. Lalo na yong asong alaga nya. Kaya naman para masigurado ang kaligtasan nya, we keep our dogs up to date on their rabies vaccinations. Because, while rabies is a 100% preventable disease, nearly 60,000 people die from the disease around the world each year. The best way to protect yourself, your family, and your pets is to keep dogs and cats up to date on their rabies vaccinations. (Source: Center for Disease Control and Prevention) For pet owners (or not), let us help spread awareness and remind netizens to control this deadly disease through vaccination. #BuildingABakuNation #TeamBakuNanay #theAsianparentPH #VIParentsPH theAsianparent Philippines VIParents Philippines

If your child was a vegetable/fruit, what would she/be? Why? For me, if my daughter is a fruit, she's a banana 🍌. Because besides this is her favorite fruit, banana is full of nutrients like her, she's always full of enery. She love to eat banana every after meal. Sometimes I'm just surprised that she's already eating a banana, she took it from the table. Bananas are a healthy source of fiber, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and various antioxidants and phytonutrients. Many types and sizes exist. Their color usually ranges from green to yellow, but some varieties are red. Let's teach our child eat healthy foods. Because aside from vaccines, the best way to protect them from sickness and diseases is to feed them nutritious food like fruits and vegetables. Đọc thêmBreastfeeding is not always easy but it's always worth it. Ever since my motherhood journey begins, my breastfeeding journey begins too. My eldest is a pure breastfeed for almost 3 years and 8 months. I stop her on breastfeeding because I'm currently pregnant with my 2nd child. And when my 2nd baby comes out, I'll prefer to breastfeed her also because breast milk is the best milk for our babies. 🥰 In the first baby's 1000 days, breastfeeding reduces your child’s chances of being obese. Breastfeeding is a core part of “getting it right” in terms of nutrition in the first 1,000 Days. Breastfeeding has health benefits for both babies and mothers. Breast milk provides a baby with ideal nutrition and supports growth and development. Breastfeeding can also help protect baby and mom against certain illnesses and diseases. I breastfeed because I want my child to take nourished from me 🥰 Because this is what nature intended and this is the right choice for my family. 👨👩👧 And also be part of BakuNation, take the pledge too Mommies and Daddies to fight vaccine information and increase vaccine confidence in our country.
