Aww mama, I can't say which time is best for that, kailangan mo talaga tanungin ang iyong OB para sa tamang timing at dosage, especially ngayon na preggy ka! One of my mum friends always insisted na dapat doctor ang nagsabi, hindi sa community kasi bawat pregnancy is different, ano. Samantalahin mo na ang next check-up mo or call the clinic if you're unsure. Take care ng sarili mo!

Mga momsh pwde ko parin ba I continue pag take ko ng folic acid infacare? 6 months na po ako' nireseta saakin nung 1st trimester ko kaso nagstop ako dahil nagsuka ako,. Salamat sa sasagot.

Aww anak, this is really important, please check with your OB first bago ka mag-continue, lalo na kung may side effects ka na naging problema! Your doctor needs to know na nagstop ka at bakit, kasi baka kailangan ng adjustment or iba pang option na hindi ka masusuka. Some of us moms had to switch brands or take it differently (like with food) to manage the nausea, but yan talaga between you and your doctor lang! Don't worry, maraming paraan, pero siya lang ang makakapag-guide ng tama para sa iyo at baby. Laban, momsh!
