38 Weeks and 5 Days No Sign of Labor.

Ano po ba pinaka tugma na ultrasound. Trans V ultrs. Dec 29 2023 CAS ultrsd. Dec 28 2023 BPS ultrsd. Jan 22 2024 Ang gulo same lang naman ng date ng last menstration ko . Any help guys.

Ay sis, I totally get the stress! So from what I understand, the BPS (biophysical profile) ultrasound you had on Jan 22 is actually the most recent and reliable one para sa checking kung paano ang baby ngayon, it's specifically designed to see if baby's okay and ready na, hindi lang dating estimation. The earlier ultrasounds from December were more for confirming your due date back then, pero since nagbago pa maybe through the months, yun ang reason bakit may slight discrepancy sa dates mo. A few of my mum friends na nag-undergo din ng late pregnancy monitoring swear na ang BPS is really important para ma-assure na lahat ay well with baby, especially kapag malapit na. Ang main thing talaga is getting checked regularly so the doctors can see kung may signs ng labor na or if baby needs to come out na, hindi lang about ang exact dates, kundi safety din ng baby. Since 38+ weeks na kayo, definitely worth following up with your OB about what the latest BPS says at if there's any plan moving forward, whether natural labor or scheduled na, they'll guide you best base sa actual findings!
