movements of baby on 23 weeks

Hi I got flu and have noticed past two days my baby is very quite which is worrying me. On Tuesday Dr at chemist gave me Sinupret tablets nd prosils lozenges but since that day my baby been moving less. So could the flu or the medication be making baby less active or should I worry the is something wrong? I keep feeling this feelings down my abdominal which feels like hiccups or heart beat but just want make sure if the could be something wrong.
