Are you bleeding in the shade of red and having cramps ?? Then please visit doc asap. if it's like a discharge and doesn't fillip entire pad then not to worry. have ample rest and relax... Try to focus on your nutrition and supplements.

Some cramps are okay as long you’re not bleeding. This was what was told to me by my gynae. It is due to your uterus expanding that causes the cramps

Its normal to have discharge during pregnancy, its more sticky than the watery ones without pregnancy. Light smell is normal, foul smell is not right. As long as its not red (blood colour), or brown (last few days of our period, dried blood) is okay. Maybe when u describe it as "light brown" is because it's slightly dried up or has been there awhile already.
