Hello po mommies sa mga with GDM po na nag iinsulin bumaba na po ba ang blood sugar niyo specially in the morning? Any tip please. Thank you! TeamMarch #FirstTimeMom

Hi TeamMarch! Oo, maraming mums sa circle ko na may GDM at nag-insulin, and honestly ang morning readings nila bumaba talaga, pero it took a few weeks of finding the right insulin dose, kaya don't get discouraged kung hindi agad perfect sa simula. One of my mum friends swears na ang dinner meal plan talaga ang game-changer for morning numbers, light, low-carb, and she space out her meals better. Best advice though is to keep close communication with your OB or endocrinologist kasi they can adjust your insulin based sa pattern ng readings mo, at lagi mag-log ng what you eat and your numbers para makita nila ang trend. You've got this, mama!

Hello po mommies sino po dito ang nagta track ng blood sugar through glucometer then every morning lagpas sa 95 pero okay naman sa tanghali at gabi? Bakit po kaya? any recommendation po para bumaba yung blood sugar sa morning. Thank you so much po

kung nag anmum ka stop mo na muna.. then ulam lang sa gabi.
