Mama, please check with your OB or midwife first before taking anything, kahit natural-sounding, mas safe na alam nila ang status mo and baby. I know a few of us are eager to move things along, pero better safe than sorry especially sa ganitong stage ng pregnancy, di ba? Your doctor lang ang makaka-advise kung okay for you specifically.

Ay nako, ang sakit ng ngipin talaga ang hirap lalo na pag malapit nang mag-deliver! Please go to your dentist or OB right away para malaman kung ano talaga ang problema, baka may infection lang or something na pwedeng ma-address agad without extraction, kaya importante na tignan ng professional. A few of us moms learned the hard way na mas okay pag-consult muna sa OB habang pregnant, lalo na kung kailangan ng anesthesia. Di ka dapat mag-alala, ang mga dentists at OBs namin dito sa Pinas ay alam kung paano mag-handle ng ganitong situation, pero kelangan nilang makita ka in person talaga. Feel better soon, mama!
