Peanut butter for babies

Ay, congrats sa BLW journey mo! Honestly, any plain peanut butter works, I use Skippy or even the local brands na walang added sugar, pero ang importante talaga is you dilute it with water or mix it sa banana so it's not too thick and choking hazard, kasi the texture can be tricky para sa maliliit. A few of us mums do a thin spread on toast o mix it sa oats kaya mas manageable, pero if you're worried about allergies or anything unusual, best to mention it sa pedia mo muna just to be sure, lalo na if may family history ng peanut allergies! Binder at 9 months post partum

9 months post partum at mukha pa rin buntis 😣 pwede pa rin po ba or rather effective pa rin po ba na gumamit ng binder at this point? Nag stop po ako gumamit ng binder after a month dahil un naman din ang sabi ng ob ko di na daw po kailangan. Sulit po ba gumamit ng wink or ng mamaway binder kahit 9 mos pp na? I don't recommend using a binder sis,may side effects kase yan sa organs. Kusa nman liliit ang tiyan,or better yet do exercise kesa mag-binder.
