Gusto ko din po malaman kung totoo.. Not sure din ako dyan kahit claims niya na pwede sa preggy and lactating moms😅 nakakaduda mii. Siguro kung payag si OB baka safe.. Anyway sa mga OB kasi bawal whitening products sa buntis

ano pong mga signs na wlang heartbeat ang baby? anong mga symptoms ? may heartbeat naman po c baby ko we are currently at 11 weeks. curious lang po

Mama, ito talaga ay kailangan mo pang-usapan ng doctor mo, especially sa next ultrasound mo, hindi safe kung mag-self-assess tayo dito kasi very sensitive ang topic na ito. Since you're at 11 weeks na at nakita na ng doctor ang heartbeat, that's such a good sign! A few of us mums swear by regular check-ups and trusting what the OB sees on the ultrasound rather than worrying about symptoms, kasi honestly ang pregnancy signs natin ay magkakaiba-iba. If you have any concerns or notice something unusual though, just message your doctor agad, walang mababang tanong dito, kami moms are always entitled to peace of mind! Congrats on your baby, mama!

Oo, super normal yan! A few of us pregnant mums noticed our eyes getting drier at around that stage kaya don't worry, maraming hormonal changes ang nangyayari sa body mo right now that can affect eye moisture. Try using a good lubricating eye drop (ask your OB which brand is safe), staying hydrated, and taking breaks from screens when you can, honestly it helped my mata when I was around 10-12 weeks din. If it gets really uncomfortable or paired with other symptoms though, better mention it sa check-up mo next time para peace of mind lang!
