Ay, mama, that sounds really stressful, Bell's palsy during pregnancy is definitely something to navigate carefully, kaya i-understand ko bakit worried ka. Hindi ako experienced directly with this pero you really need to talk to your OB about it ASAP kasi they'll know what's safe for baby at what treatments you can take, because some options for Bell's palsy might need adjustment when pregnant. Hopefully there's a neurologist na willing to work closely with your OB para ma-manage ang both sides ng concern mo. Hang in there, mama, maraming mothers nag-face ng unexpected health stuff during pregnancy at nakakayanan, so you will too.

sign of labor ??

38weeks and 2days, ftm din, patulog na sana kami last night, kaso na feel ko na parang may gusto ng lumabas sa pempem ko. pabalik balik yung pakiramdam na yun , sign napo ba ng labor yun? may sulpot na sakit na din po sa puson paikot sa balakang, and sobra na din po humilab at manigas ng tiyan ko. pasagot po mga mommies, Thankyou

Pwedeng labor na sya. Observe nyo pag tuloy2 sya then labor na yan. Orasan nyo yung pagitan ng sakit pag nawawala, pag around 10mins na yung interval punta na po sa hospital. Pag false labor naman mawawala lng yung sakit.
