In what way can you lessen the backpain?

Uy, back pain during pregnancy is no joke, a few of us mums talked about this and swear by proper posture, wearing a pregnancy support belt, and doing gentle stretches (pero go easy lang!). Ako, I also made sure to sleep on my side with a pillow between my knees, and honestly, that helped a lot more than I expected. Since pregnancy changes your body so much, better check with your OB para makakuha ng proper advice and maybe they can refer you to a physiotherapist if kailangan, they know best what's safe for you and baby. In the meantime, don't carry heavy things and take breaks when you need them, okay?

What snacks do you usually eat while pregnant? #firstbaby #pleasehelp #1stimemom

Girl, I survived my first pregnancy with crackers, cheese, and fruit, honest to god, I couldn't keep anything else down the first trimester! A few of us mums tried to stick to the "healthy" snacks like nuts and yogurt, which are great, but sometimes you just need what your body is craving, you know? I'd keep hard candies or ginger biscuits on my bedside for when the nausea hits, and lots of water para hindi dehydrated. What works for one pregnant mama might not work for another, so listen to your body and eat what sits well, just try to balance it when you can!
