Week 36+ baby sonsang

Hi momies, saya dah week 36 nak masuk 37 dah tapi kepala baby tak turun and kene refer hospital untuk ECV. Siapa pernah buat? Sakit tak and berjaya ke?

Alamak, breech baby memang jadi worry kan, hopefully ECV berjaya untuk you! I haven't done it personally, but quite a few mummies I know tried it, and some managed to turn baby successfully while others didn't, it varies je, depends on placenta position, amniotic fluid, and baby's mood. The procedure itself boleh terasa uncomfortable and a bit crampy, tapi not exactly pain-pain, more like pressure and stretching feeling, and the good thing is doctors monitor baby closely the whole time. Since you're already being referred, it's best to discuss with your doctor ada berapa percent chance for you based on your scan findings, they can explain what to expect and when they'd recommend trying it. All the best, hoping baby cooperates dan turns kepala ke bawah!

Tarikh bersalin

Hi monies, untuk first baby, biasanya akan ikut tarikh yang doktor bagi ke? Atau mesti akan bersalin awal?

Setiap orang berbeza. Ada yang awal. Ada overdue. Macam saya awal sangat dari due. ☺️👌

Hi momies. Nak tanya siapa yang dah week 30+ ada rasa sakit dekat bahagian bawah, area kelenkang.

Sakitnya tu nak bergerak sakit, nak tidur sakit.

Ayyy sakit kelenkang ni memang common masa trimester 3, especially week 30+ sebab baby dah besar dan pressure terusan kat bawah tu, nak tidur memang awkward gila kan! A few of my mum friends complained about this juga, one of them swears the pregnancy pillow really helped, and stretching dekat sides sikit-sikit jugak ease the pain. Tapi sebab ni sorta pain yang affecting your movement and sleep macam ni, mungkin bagus jugak check dengan doctor or midwife just to make sure semua okay with baby's position, takut ada something else going on kan? Meanwhile try to rest more, maybe sleeping on the side yang less painful, and jangan overdo activities yang buat it worse.
