Pananakit ng balakang maya't-maya pero hindi pa nahilab tyan ko, feel ko parang matatae na may regla sa sakit pero tolerable pa naman. Any advice po mga mhie

Ay, that sounds like it could be pre-labor signs, pero honestly kailangan mo talaga mag-check sa OB mo para sure, hindi dapat guesswork ang ganitong bagay, lalo na ngayon na malapit na! A few of us mums experienced similar cramps and spotting, some it meant labor was coming in hours, others it took a few more days pa, kaya talaga mas safe na i-confirm with your doctor if there's any mucus plug discharge or changes. In the meantime, rest up, hydrate, and time your contractions kung may regular pattern na, pero walang bahala, most likely baby is just getting ready na!

Mga momsh, team Oct. po ako, and EDD ko is OCT. 20 Kagabi po may nararamdaman ako na parang nag LBM pero wala naman poop na lumalabas kaya hindi ko pinapansin, tapos ngayong umaga nakita ko 'to sa panty ko at tinry ko i wipe tapos eto po ang lumabas, eto na po ba yung MUCUS plug mga mamsh? Salamat po sa sasagot.
