Pregnancy Journey: 11 weeks and 1 day
Sharing my current journey here. First baby bump + bloated 🤰🏻 Happy 11 weeks! 🥹 Konti na lang tapos na sa first trimester. Here are my experiences mga mommy: 1. No morning sickness 2. Fatigue 3. Craving for fruits (orange, mango) 4. Abdominal pain 5. Cramps 6. Frequent urination 7. Acne 😭 8. Diarrhea 9. Pregnancy Insomnia 10. Tender breasts (masakit kahit nipples) So far yan mga mommies and right now naka bed rest ako for almost 2 months na din. Meds ko: 1. Folic acid 5mg 2. Myoga 3. Duphaston 4. Vaginal progesterone (utrogestan) Pero right now, tapos na ako with Duphaston, Utrogestan na lang para pampakapit lalo. Nagka-UTI din ako kasi prone daw tayo talaga sa UTI, so nag antibiotics ako for 7 days and done na with urinalysis uli. I-update daw ako ni doc if need pa ituloy. Also, nagkaroon ng subclinical hypothyroidism. So may referral ako sa endo. Ayun lang. Still experiencing same symptoms until now :) #pregnancy #ftm #firstbaby
