Oo naman, normal lang yan! Your uterus is just doing its thing, tightening up as it grows, especially around this time. A few of us mums noticed the same thing during our second trimester, kaya don't worry too much, but if it's happening a lot (like every few minutes) or may pain, maybe best to check with your OB just to be safe para sa peace of mind mo.

Pwede po ba patingin ng miscarriage ng 1month palang anong itsura po dapat nalalabas kapag kunan na

7weeks and 4 days palang po ako, normal po ba na sumakit ang puson at may lumabas na spot ng dugo ng 2days at may lumabas na konting buo buong dugo then after 5days nag stop yung pag dudugo, please answer me thank you 🥺#advicepls #pleasehelp #pregnancy

Mama, I'm so sorry you're going through this, I can feel how worried you are. Please see your OB or go to the emergency room right away, okay? Kahit na tumitigil na ang dugo, kailangan mo ng proper ultrasound at check-up para malaman kung ano ang nangyayari talaga sa inyo. Any bleeding, cramping, o clotting sa pregnancy ay kailangan talagang i-assess ng doctor, hindi ko matutukoy dito kung normal o hindi, at deserve mo ng tama at professional na saguran. One of my mum friends went through something similar at thankful siya na agad siyang pumunta sa hospital para ma-confirm ang status. Malakas kang babalik, pero ngayon lang tayo mag-focus sa pagpunta sa clinic. Sending you strength, sis.
