For cleaning lang, okay na usually 'yan around 4 months, but your OB or dentist can give you the green light based sa overall recovery mo kaya best to ask them directly, lalo na if you're still breastfeeding!

Paano mo ba masasabe na nakaleft side sleeping position ka? Nalilito kasi ako. If left side po ba, dapat ipit yong left side ng body mo with your left hand against sa kutson? Tama po ba?

left side ng braso ang nakalapat sa kama. right side mo ang naka-angat. lagay pillow sa likod for support and bawas ngalay.
