what's the best formular milk powder for a baby who 3 month and 18days please?

Any suggestions pls? My almost 4 months old baby has high demanding of breast milk lately but I couldn't make it. I produce less milk coz I've been sick for a week. So I decided to give some formula. Coz she was cry till sleep. As a new mum I'm so stress. I've heard some brand has high in sugar too. So I have no idea what brand should I try. Thank you.

Is it true that in chinese culture after gave birth the mother should not be taking a shower or wash hair for a month time. what is the reason behind that?

Olden days -Yes. Reason is don't want the new mothers to catch cold. Nowadays we seldom follow that. Hygiene reason we still wash hair & shower (either with herbal water buy from shop or ginger water cook at home)
