Slightly higher blood sugar reading

Hi, I have a slightly higher blood sugar reading. In my 3rd trimester now. What should I reduce or increase in my diet ?? I'm taking maternal milk daily to help increase weight of baby cos she's smaller than average. Other than the reduce carbs and sugar, please share with me other advice like if I can consume fruits etc. Thanks in advance !!!
