Hay nako anak, I feel you, IE pain is REAL and honestly kahit prepared ka pa, sobrang intense talaga ng experience na yan A few of us moms talk about it and what helped was doing the breathing exercises they taught in our prenatal class, plus asking the hospital staff if pwede pain management options before or during, don't hesitate to ask, kasi deserve mo yan! Definitely chat with your OB about it para next time may better plan kayo together, whether it's epidural, gas, or other options na available sa hospital ninyo, walang shame sa pain relief, mama, the goal lang is safe delivery at okay ka after. Hugs, you survived something powerful!

Hindi ko personally napuntahan ang Chinese Gen under Dra. Ann Ty, pero maraming mum friends ko nag-deliver doon and ang sabi nila ang bills ay umabot from around 80k to 150k+ depending sa normal or cesarean at kung kailangan ng additional care, kaya depende talaga sa situation mo! Better mo i-call directly ang hospital para sa exact pricing since nag-adjust pa sila based sa package options and kung may insurance ka.
