Reduce swollen feet

I’m currently pregnant 29weeks. Today noticed my feet was getting bigger and few a bit swollen. Do you guys have any ideas how to reduce it?

Is normal. u can try message, wear compress sock, rest well

Preganant got flu

Mummy, I’m having flu n cough. Currently I’m pregnant on 26week. Do I need to see doctor ?

I’m 23week pregnancy now. Last visit doctor told me I have low placenta problem. I may need c section when give birth. Do mummy here have this problem as well?

My colleague had this issue. I think dont walk too much....
