Headache

I'm on my 20th week. Isit normal to have such a bad headache till u feel ur brain want to burst and u cnt seems to eat anything? My headache starts in the afternoon and i tried taking a nap without painkiller after work. But after waking up, its even worst now. I gave up n eat paracetamol instead now n try go sleep early. Hopefully tomorrow no more headache. I didnt even eat dinner. Too painful to eat.?
