Hi all mummies! As a first time mom I wanna give the best to my child in educating wise. But not sure where can I learn skills like that to teach my own baby... is there any parenting books that will help FTM? Please share your opinions on how you teach your kids. Thank you!!

Choose the method you want to adopt. For me, I chose Montessori. So I took up courses on it. revamp the house based on Montessori, and do way more than what is on the textbooks. My girl (6 y/o) and boy (3y/o) are both home schooled since birth. They are really guided differently as compared to my nieces and nephews Not saying Montessori is the best, but just choose a method that suits you and your family!

Will polyclinic refer me to kkh for gynae check up?

Hello I just found out im pregnant few weeks ago. I'm just wondering if I should straight away go to kkh for ultrasound check up or go to the nearest polyclinic and let them refer me to kkh? Because i would like to save cost using medisave etc. Any moms out there goes to the polyclinic for regular check ups and then give birth in kkh with any random doctor? Or do you stick through with one doctor until baby is born?

Go polyclinic to go through the subsidised rate. Doc from polyclinic will ask if you want kkh or nuh. But both will be under subsidised rate. Take note subsided rate means different gynae for every appt.
